I went here originally because I was close and had a coupon, but the service will keep me coming back! I needed an oil change and my rear brakes done. They got me in instantly! ( that NEVER happens). They got both done in the time it usually takes others to do an oil change alone! I was so surprised! Then I thought they miscalculated when they told me the price. I had prepared myself to pay a pretty penny, but it was really affordable. Before I left, I found another perk: with an oil change you receive roadside assistance...FREE!! What reassurance for a single mom with a disabled daughter! Ted's will be my"go-to" from now on! Great place, nice people, great prices!
We were on our way home after evacuating from Hurricane Irma. My car engine started smoking. The service was amazing at Ted's! They fixed our car and I was able to finish our drive home safely. They made my three kids and I feel so comfortable during a stressful situation. Thank you!
Prices are so reasonable and even though they had to stay past work hours they gave me back my car brand new!!! Awesome customer service from Ted as well as all the other workers great comfortable homey environment. I would defintley recommend this place to everyone!!!!!!!!!
Horrible experience after a timing belt change. When I picked up the car the car had a rough idle and the check engine light was on. I went and talk to the older man at the front desk and sent out the mechanic that worked on my car. I was surprised to see that he looked like an 18 year old with zero experience. He went ahead and cleared the check engine light. He said he forgot to clear it. I left but the rough idle continued and when I got home the check engine light turned on again. I went the next day and told the older man at the front desk which I assume was Ted himself. Told him about the rough idle and check engine light. I suspected something was wrong with the timing belt they installed. He called me in the afternoon and told me that the problem was not the timing belt job but something else and quote me $425 to put new spark plugs and check for leaks. This was on top of the almost $1000 I spent on the job they did before. I could not afford to spend more money so I pick up my car and was really disappointed with the outcome. For the next 2 weeks I continue to take the car to other shops for a second opinion. One shop told me they did not had the time to look into it because it was too time consuming but suggested that the timing belt was off by one teeth. I went to another shop and told them to check the timing and proceeded to looking into the timing belt markers and behold the rear camshaft was off by one. Not only was the timing off, the belt had a cut that went right through. The mechanic told me that someone could pry on the belt causing the cut. I though its probable that someone cut it and stayed quiet about. I can't make this up folks since I was there in person with the mechanic this time supervising the work. SO out of time belt and cut in a brand new belt. Stay away from this place at all cost. Expensive and incompetent mechanics. Shame on aaa in approving this place.

I needed new brakes and a tune up. I brought it in the morning and it was done in the afternoon and the price was the best in the area. I got 3 other quotes before making my final decision. Their pricing is very competitive. I couldn't be more pleased! It would be worth an hour or more drive to have my car worked on at Ted's. You will be very happy with their work. My car runs like new again. I'm so happy.
