My daughter was more than disappointed with her prom corsage. First, it wasn't anything like what she expected or explained to them. She wanted all red and black but instead she got red, black, green, white and a silver band. Secondly, she ordered it on Monday before her prom and we showed up on Saturday at 1230pm to pick it up. It still wasn't ready. Her boyfriend's grandmother had to drive her back to get it. She told my daughter that it would be ready between 12 and 3 on Saturday. The response I got from the lady was that she wasn't turning anyone away which I can understand. But you should work in the order that you received each order. We tried to call several times that Saturday morning but only got voicemail. To me this lady is very unprofessional, rude and not prepared for her customers. We will not be using this business ever again.
I recently bought $750.00 worth of flowers for a funeral I told her I wanted a good variety because I was not sure there would be many flowers at the viewing. shortly after the funeral she called me to tell me there was a good selection at the viewing and felt that $750.00 was way to many so she gave me a $180.00 credit..... thats what I call honest she could have never told me anything and kept the entire $750.00. if you want great flowers from a honest hard working florist this is your place
Denise has always provided fantastic flowers along with even better customer service. as a matter of fact she has the best flowers I've ever bought from any florist.
Two and a half stars... I chose this florist over my usual place (on Berkley) because this shop was open until 5 on the Saturday before Mother's Day. I asked for a $30 Daisy bouquet and was told over the phone that I'd need to pay $35 if I wanted something that "looked nice" and was "filled out." I thought this was strange, considering that the $20-$25 Daisy arrangements from my usual place certainly looked nice and were filled out, and a $40 daisy bouquet from there barely fit through my car door. I agreed to $35, and arranged to pick it up just before closing. When I arrived everyone was very pleasant, but busy with the mothers day rush. My bouquet was ready, and I was told that the total was $37.95. When they brought it out I was completely underwhelmed. It was maybe 20" tall, and not particularly interesting looking. There were plenty of daisies I guess, but the filler was just baby's breath and some ferns. I tried to pay with my card, and the woman at the counter was clearly not a regular employee. She couldn't make the card machine work, and when I finally offered to pay cash and handed her $40, she looked at me and said she'd have to find someone to help her because she didn't know how to take cash (no, she wasn't a millennial). She seemed to walk in circles for a while. When someone finally emerged from the back and asked me what I needed I was writing a two star review. She got my change, offered me a box with a hole cut in it to put the vase in, and got me a card. Nice folks, but I'll be going back to the florist on Berkley in the future.
