They say they work with you but they dont....my daughter was very ill in the hospital for 2 months and during that time her father had passed away suddenly i also got laid off and my social security was cut we tried to make a payment they threaten to call the police and take our furniture which wpuld leave us with nothing and my daughter is sick i cant have her or my other daughter be without furniture....they are horrible...
Lack of communication between mg n employee bully tactics to pay bill other customers #PMT get puts going to wrong accts been customer I would try another Aarons never had a problem this one is very disrespectful to there customers will never go back
This place was so disgusting! My brother and I had just spent so much money moving to another apartment that we didn't want to pay a lot of money up front on some couches. We went here and started looking around. Everything is so expensive even to rent. So we saw the clearence room in the back and went in and the first couch we saw was on our left.... a huge black couch with a gigantic cum stain right on the arm rest. Needless to say we ran out. And a lot of their furniture has been leased out and repossessed or given back so there is no way of knowing how many homes or what has been done to the furniture. It will let you know on the sales tag if it has been preleased. We went to Babcock and found much nicer furniture brand new and they have where you can make monthly payments. Our payments for our two couches was half the cost of what we would have paid at Aarons. So much nicer and more piece of mind.
They're the best. They make sure you get what is right for you and treat you like family.
