Always helpful. I've only had one bad experience. And that was with a delivery. I won't pay for removal again. The delivery people did not remove the old refrigerator and didn't refund the the delivery fee to my card they said they would it never happened. This was about 2 years ago now. I'll let them deliver now but will never pay for anymore removals again.
