BETTER use a glow light, they use the same brush on the sink as they do the toilet... its filthy don't let the looks fool you.... I'd rather sleep on the side of the road!
The room was a king bed suite. It was nice, but bed was hard. Coffee was strong!!!! The breakfast room had coffee, juice, creamers, syrup and etc spilled all over the floor. No one seemed to care because no one cleaned it up while we were there. But breakfast was good and they had a good variety. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. All in all it was a nice stay and I would stay there again.
This was a very late booking and short stay as we fled hurricane Irma. We managed to book a king suite with Jacuzzi which was really nice. The hotel seemed very modern and the room was very comfortable, the Jacuzzi was very relaxing. All the staff were excellent. Pity it was such a short stay. If you want a great pizza and beer/wine, try the Brew Pop Brewery a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. We hope everyone came through the hurricane safe and well.
I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Hotel.The staff was very professional ,knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel is well-kept and clean. I look forward to my next visit at the Best Western Hotel.
Received a phone call after checkout from Lisa that some items were left behind in my room. My 13 year old daughter had left behind her gold necklace and heart locket, her laptop charger, and a few other items. They had collected the items and made documentation of them and Lisa called me and told me they would keep them safe until I was able to come get them. This speaks volumes for the cleaning staff who found them and were honest to turn them in and Lisa and the rest of the staff for doing the proper thing and calling and getting them returned to me. My daughter would have been devastated so on behalf of myself and my daughter, I would like to show my appreciation and appload the staff for their kindness and professionalism.
