Clean. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Beware of hidden prices though. Website & outside sign advertise first month free. My unit was $50 per month. I was informed that special was unavailable due to them being over 80% booked but I would get half off. Not sure where that fine print was. I ended up paying $87. There is A administrative fee of $24, $17 for a lock,& and mandatory insurance. (due to Irma I couldn't get insurance anywhere else). I recommend trying to insure your items on your own as the facility charges approximately double what you would pay elsewhere.
I am so grateful for John and his dedication to his customers. I was in desperate need of a storage after my home was flooded out due to Hurricane Irma and he called me back even after I called before business hours to folllow up and see what my needs were.
