I was the store looking for an employee on Sunday for 15 minutes before I found one. I tried to get his attention as he flew by me as he tried not to make eye contact fearing I needed something. Horrible sales skills! I finally got his attention and asked him for a frozen pinky. He said "ill get it right away!" He went up to the register and started waiting on people. It had been another 10 minutes. I asked if there was anyone else that could help me and he said "nope". Never again will I step foot in there. I spent a ton of money in that store the past 2 yrs but no more! Owners of that store either need to be there 7 days a week or hire better and more capable employee's. Maybe my wife and I will open up a new Pet store in the area and put them out of business. Not enough Pet stores around here!

Tried shopping in this Pet store for many yrs. I always want to buy a Small breed dog, so check here frequently. They're cute but very High priced even if they're AKC Registered,etc. I would think if they were unsold for a long time & the puppy gets older & tired of being caged up-they'd be discounted later. Nope.Don't hold your breath.Store has many other Pet needs. Check dates on food items as you always should anyway if this store doesn't get a huge amount of Business. They need a larger sign because they are on Havendale Blvd-but hard to see inside the little Strip mall.
I can honestly say that they take Ultimately the BEST CARE of their animals Out of Any Pet Store. Cages are Cleaned Very frequently.
All Animals received proper Nutrition and Care. No animal was ever neglected. The Veterinarian is Extremely thorough Health Examination.
Just moved up from South Florida to Davenport and I drive down to Pet World because they have frozen mice. The store also has a huge selection, clean and great service. Definitely will keep shopping there.
