Hutch and Zay arrived only 75 minutes after I placed my call. Upon arrival they assessed my problem. I had wet carpeting and Zayed crawled under my home (I wouldn't do that on a bet!) and concluded the leak was from above the floor. They located the leak and repaired it promptly. They made me aware of the companies mitigation services which I will use. In an hour and 45 minutes the repair was completed as well as all necessary paper work. Both men were polite, cordial, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend these men to anyone in need of plumbing services.
Friday night a pipe blew out in my wall making water gush into it like a waterfall. We were freaking out but managed to turn the water off outside and started googling for a plumber that was 24 hours. Found True Plumbing and called dispatch said they would see what they could do and call back. Only a few minutes later they called and said a guy would be there in 45 minutes. In even less than 45 minutes a man named Hutch came and looked at the problem and said he would fix it right away and he did! He was so nice and very professional and knowledgeable. He let me know everything that was going to happen and what all they were going to do. This calmed me down and took away all the worry. The next morning another very nice man and knowledgeable, to whom I forgot his name, came and checked for damage and did work to dry the walls and make everything safe for my family. Thank you so very much.
