An appointment. For an address. The straw that broke the camel's back was that they ended up GIVING ME MONEY FROM SOMEONE ELSE'S ACCOUNT.

Spent 30 minutes trying to do two small banking deposits in the drive-through. One lady was working and there was no one else in line. The teller did not apologize or give any explanation for the delay.
Spent over 30 minutes waiting to make a simple withdrawal. There was only one teller processing transactions; the Supervisor was standing behind her watching her and chitchatting with clients, which prolonged the wait. The other teller was grounded in front of his computer and looked like he was trying to do everything but help customers. After all of the wait, I was told that they had an address in their system that I had almost four years ago, and a phone number from 2005. I opened my account three months ago and updated my information in their system when I did. I was told that in order to update my address I would have to make an appointment to come back at a later date.
This place is horrible... Everyone that works here is completely retarded... nothing but issues every time I go...
